budget-friendly accommodations, spacious room interiors, convenient access to convenience stores
The air conditioning placement is questionable and can make some rooms uncomfortably warm!!! The café menu could definitely use a more extensive selection, and the TV lacks smart features for modern use!!!

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing prompt room service throughout the night. The breakfast selection was decent for the price, offering a satisfying start to the day. There was a mini-fridge in the room, which added convenience for storing snacks and drinks. Additionally, the 24/7 cafe was a fantastic feature, making it easy to get meals without leaving the hotel.
Some nights, the noise from nearby events disturbed our peace.

The rooms were spacious and clean, feeling almost like home. Friendly staff were always ready to help, which made a big difference in our stay. The 24/7 café was a lifesaver, serving up meals at any time without needing to step outside. We really appreciated the festive decorations adding a nice touch. However, some nights were a bit noisy due to events at the rooftop bar, which disrupted our sleep. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, with great hospitality and convenience. A random issue arose with the air conditioning stopping during one night, which left us uncomfortable, but the staff tried their best to assist us with that.

Cozy atmosphere with great staff
I had a pleasant stay in a family room, especially enjoying the friendly staff and the clean facilities. The rooftop bar had an entertaining band and offered excellent food and drinks, which created a cozy atmosphere at night. One downside was that the TV remote didn't work properly despite attempts to fix it, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making requests feel seamless. The restaurant's authentic Filipino dishes are impressive, with craveable salads adding to the highlight of dining here. However, the absence of an ironing board was inconvenient, and while the hotel is clean and well-kept, it could benefit from a broader menu choice in the Cafe.

Not what I expected
The staff weren't great, often rude and gossiping. My room was a decent size, but I could hear the party on the roof until 3 AM. Also, there were a few cockroaches. The restaurant was alright, though. The noise level was a real bummer, made it hard to sleep.
